 Provision of Security Services for MCIA for a period of Thirty-Six (36) Months

 

PROCUREMENT Ref No. MCIA/IFB/2023/120

OPEN ADVERTISED NATIONAL BIDDING

 

1. The MAURITIUS CANE INDUSTRY AUTHORITY (MCIA) is inviting bids from eligible and qualified potential bidders through the Government e-Procurement System for the Provision of Security Services for MCIA for a period of Thirty-Six (36) Months.

 

2. Bidding document may be downloaded from the e-Procurement System http://eproc.publicprocurement.govmu.org Reference Number MCIA/IFB/2023/120

 

3. Request for clarification should be made through the e procurement system not later than 14 days prior to the deadline for submission of bids. Reply to any request for clarification received will be made 7 days prior to the deadline for submission of bids.

 

4. A Pre-bid meeting is schedule on 22 August 2023 at 10:00 hours at the Head Office, MCIA, Reduit.

 

5. Bids shall be submitted online on the e-Procurement System at latest by 05 September 2023 up to 13:30 hours (Mauritian time).
6. Bidders submitting bids online by the closing date and time shall decrypt and re-encrypt their bids as from 05 September 2023 from 16.01 hours to 07 September 2023 up to 13.30 hours (Mauritian time).
7. Bids will be opened online on 07 September 2023 as from 13.31 hours at the Head Office, MCIA, Reduit
8. The MCIA reserves the right;

(a) To accept or reject any bid;

(b) To annul the bidding process and reject all bids at any time prior to award of contract as per provision of Section 39(1) of the Public Procurement Act 2006.
