OPEN ADVERTISED NATIONAL BIDDING
- The MAURITIUS CANE INDUSTRY AUTHORITY (MCIA) is inviting bids from eligible and qualified potential bidders through the Government e-Procurement System for the Provision of Security Services for MCIA for a period of Twelve (12) Months.
- Bidding document may be downloaded from the e-Procurement System http://eproc.publicprocurement.govmu.org Reference Number MCIA/IFB/2025/206.
- Request for clarification should be made through the e-Procurement system not later than 14 days prior to the deadline for submission of bids. Reply to any request for clarification received will be made 7 days prior to the deadline for submission of bids.
- A Pre-bid meeting is scheduled on 05 May 2025 at 10:00 hours at Agricultural Mechanisation Unit, Plaines Lauzun.
- Bids shall be submitted online on the e-Procurement System at latest by 20 May 2025 up to 13:30 hours (Mauritian time).
- Bidders submitting bids online by the closing date and time shall decrypt and re-encrypt their bids as from 20 May 2025 from 16.01 hours to 22 May 2025 up to 13.30 hours (Mauritian time).
- Bids will be opened online on 22 May 2025 as from 13.31 hours at MCIA Head Office, Reduit
- The MCIA reserves the right;
(a) To accept or reject any bid;
(b) To annul the bidding process and reject all bids at any time prior to award of contract as per provision of Section 39(1) of the Public Procurement Act 2006.
