Procurement Ref. No: MCIA/OAB(N)/CS/36/24-25
1. The Mauritius Cane Industry Authority is proceeding with a Request for Proposals online and is inviting potential Consultants of Mauritian nationals or entities incorporated in Mauritius opened to local Consultants to submit their proposals through the Government e-Procurement System for the Revaluation of Non-Current Assets at the Mauritius Cane Industry Authority.
2. Invitation for Proposal Documents may be downloaded from the e-Procurement System https://eproc.publicprocurement.govmu.org. Reference Number on the system: MCIA/IFB/2025/203
3. Proposals must be submitted online on the e-Procurement System at latest by Wednesday 30 April 2025 up to 13.30 hrs (Local Time).
4. Consultants who have submitted proposals online by the closing date and time shall decrypt and re-encrypt their proposals as from Wednesday 30 April 2025 from 16.01 hrs (Local Time)
till Friday 02 May 2025 up to13.30 hrs (Local Time).
5. The Mauritius Cane Industry Authority reserves the right to accept or reject any proposal and to annul the bidding process and reject all proposals at any time prior to award of the Contract, without thereby incurring any liability to any Bidder.
